Yet more justice?

A shopkeeper captures three girls shoplifting on his CCTV and contacts the police. They can't be bothered so the shopkeeper posts pictures of the offenders outside his shop, presumably to shame them, a modest retribution.
Now the police are threatening the shopkeeper with arrest for infringement of the girl's human rights. It is another example of the complete turnaround of justice in a country throttled by the HR legislation which targets the innocent and frees the guilty.
Today we learn of the brutal murder and abuse of a 13 year old girl in Southampton. A 24 year old man has been arrested. If found guilty this man ought to be killed. no costly imprisonment; no even more costly rehabilitation; no yet more costly change of identity etc. Just kill him. I'm sick to the back teeth of the do-goody people who seem to find use of tax payers money to save the dangerous, perverted and demented amongst us.
For the shoplifting girls, bring back the stocks. Lock them up in the town square with descriptions of their misdemeanours so that the populace can identify them and their families. Shame them properly and make their families feed and water them as well as wipe the rotten tomatoes and eggs from their faces.
